30 Minute Posture Assessment

I will first assess your breathing pattern, standing posture, gait cycle. We will take pictures and review them.
I'll then offer suggestions for self-care myofascial release techniques and corrective exercises.
A second set of eyes on your movement and a general plan of action can be a real help if you're working toward relevant fitness goals.
Training & Qualifications
Trained in Massage Therapy and personal training via the Functional Patterns Training System.
