30 Minutes of Nutrition Counseling

In a half hour session I will:
-Go over with you the foods you normally eat
-Discuss basic nutrition needs for you/your family
-Guide you in setting a few achievable goals
-Provide some easy recipes and personalized healthy eating tips
-Send you off on the way to being your happiest, healthiest self!
Training & Qualifications
I have a B.S. in Nutrition from Cornell and am currently doing my Master of Public Health/Dietetic Internship at UNC Chapel Hill. In 2 years, I'll be a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist! For fun, I keep a food and nutrition blog. Check it out: https://20snutrition.com/
