I will skype or meet in person with my client. We will discuss any goals, fears, stresses or virtually any topic that the client would like to bring up. I help guide the client by providing tools such as mindfulness, meditation practices, self care plans and more. This is ideal for anyone who is looking for some guidence in their life or deals with stress and anxiety on a regular basis. Please note this is not a therapy session, life coaching is for anyone.
