I will formulate a weight loss plan for you based on your very specific lifestyle. No matter your budget, your time, your tastes, your fitness level, or your health, I've formulated many different plans for friends and family alike who have all met with the degree of success I've laid out for them. By finding your weaknesses and promoting your strengths, weight loss can be as easy as it was gaining.
Training & Qualifications
I am a registered nurse, emergency medical technician, and veteran army medic. I do not have specific training as a dietician or in exercise kinesiology, but my education has a strong background in evidence based practice. Using evidence based science to back my instruction means that I perform educated research before passing along any advice and I know the value of limiting promises to only the level of which I can actually deliver. I have lost 30 lbs in the last four months (250 - 217) and helped my wife to lose 10 lbs in the last two months. It has been rather effortless, aside from the actual planning.
