This 30-minute virtual life coaching session offers a unique approach to supporting your well-being. Drawing from the concept of Art Medicine, this healing approach considers your whole-person health, creative expression, and spirituality. Our session will provide a safe and compassionate space for you to tend to the natural rhythms of your body and the world around you. Our nonjudgmental witness and guide will help you give verbal and/or physical expression to your hurts, allowing for healing to occur. Please note that while art-making is widely recognized for its ability to heal emotional wounds, our services are not intended to replace counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, substance abuse treatment, or other professional advice provided by legal, medical, or other qualified professionals. If we determine that you would benefit from professional advice, we will provide you with referrals.
