Im 27 years old. I'm a Baking & Pastry Arts graduate turned true Culinarian Foodie. I recently moved to Maine and am currently working on opening my own business, a taco trailer! I'm excited and anxious to learn all there is about the administrative and legal sides of business. I am greatly inspired by food, travel and culture.

Prior to fully committing to the industry, I have 10+ years experience with kids of all ages between after-school and summer programs to private nanny positions. I love to be creatively expressive. Food is obviously my favorite medium, but I especially enjoy painting and paper crafts as well. I love new experiences. I'm excited to get to know the new area around me and get outdoors. Hiking, foraging, kayaking, stargazing, and camping are some hobbies I hope to explore more of. In doing so, I'm also hoping to live a generally healthier lifestyle.

There are so many hobbies that I wish to cultivate within myself. I have a Cricut machine for paper crafting that I wish I used more, but I've never made the space or time to learn. I have a ukulele I wish I knew how to play. I wish I spent more time photographing and learning with my point and shoot camera.

I think Simbi will inspire me to spend more time sharing myself with others as well as nurturing myself from within. I'm looking forward to the connections I'll make with individuals all over the world!
