Have some cake moulds you want to use, but always have problems with the cake coming out in one piece? Learn how to make gorgeous cakes and save yourself the money it would cost to buy one! I used to have the same problem until my Gammy taught me some tricks. I can show you how to remove your freshly baked cakes without damaging them or the pan! You'll have a beautifully detailed cake to present to your friends & family for special events (or just because) without the mess of icing! Unless you really want icing, then go for it! Most can be topped with a glaze, powdered sugar, or left as is and still be a tasty presentation. I can walk you through the process, send you a video, or video chat with you about it so you have the opportunity to ask questions. Training & Qualifications
I greatly enjoy baking and have amassed about 29 different cake, Bundt, cakelet, and bite-sized moulds. I have been using this trick without fail for over 10 years. I am also a great advocate for people to learn the skills to make things on their own rather than shelling out $80+ for something they can easily do themselves.
