I will host a short session (30min-1 hour) of different culinary skills depending on your current experience. I can help with the following topics:
-Basic culinary techniques and terms (flambe, deglaze, etc.)
-learning about flavor profiles
- recipe creation
- knife training/safety
There are other subjects I can go over as well and am willing to work with anyone, from new cooks to experts that would like a second opinion.

5+ years professional cooking
2+ years of sous chef experience
Availability & Preferences
All day Tuesdays and Wednesdays are my best times(my days off), but I can work around a late night/early morning session as well.
