How To - Placenta Encapsulation
15
I will help direct you (or someone wishing to assist you) on how to properly prepare and encapsulate your placenta at home for your personal consumption. While some rare instances require immediate use we can discuss preparations for both fresh and encapsulated use. Encapsulation greatly removes the ick factor as it is very easy to take a gelcap over other common preparation methods.
A woman's body is magnificent. We build new independent little functioning bodies that emerge ready to eat and grow. We nourish those little lives until they can one day go out on their own and all the while we give, give, give and only wanting a little love and gratitude in return for all those years of dedication and hard work.
But did you know that not only does your body give out everything necessary to sustain our wee little ones it also has the capacity to produce a natural completely customized hormonal balancing supplement just for you that offers benefits well into menopause? The placenta produced by your body is chock full of every natural hormone and element your body needs in the precisely perfect balance just for you. It's your perfect medicine.
That's right. Consuming your own afterbirth, as most creatures do (even the herbivores), can prevent hemorrhage, postpartum depression and helps to eliminate the baby blues, it also helps establish a steady flow of milk and serves to ward off the not-so-great side-effects of menopause like mood swings and hot-flashes.
The typical Placenta produces approximately two (2) average sized supplement bottles of capsules. After you have your baby begin taking your capsules and gradually reduce the amount and the frequency of use as your first bottle begins to empty.
Store the other bottle in your freezer. Years later when they are of use again you can begin taking them to assist you in through the change of life.
I will give you a list of supplies of what you'll need to complete the process and how to properly encapsulate your own placenta with advice on how other birthing moms have gone about keeping theirs even when birthing at a hospital.
The best time to contact me is prior to birth so you can learn how to handle your placenta as soon as it arrives.
Training & Qualifications
I am a home birthing mother of 8.
I apprenticed as a Midwife attending other women at their births.
I've trained under other women experienced at placental preparation and processed my own independently.
I've experienced the benefits myself as well as witnessed other women cease hemorrhaging and establish a good milk supply after consuming their own fresh prepared placenta.
