Paleo/Primal Meal Plans and Advice

I have become more and more health conscious over the past couple of years and have adapted a Primal/Paleo lifestyle. I love cooking, finding new recipes, and helping people reach their fitness goals. What we eat and the quality of our food is more important than exercise itself. Most of our physical problems can be solved by changing our eating habits. I would love to help you create a budget friendly shopping list, suggest a few recipes, and give you some simple tips to help you feel better in your body :) I want to eventually become a primal coach and I believe this would be a great way to get started. I can give you tips on shopping, how to read labels, how to make your own condiments, and how to eat your favorite guilty pleasure foods (by revamping them) and not feel guilty. :)
If you feel that you have no time, or that eating healthy is too expensive, I would love to help you shift out of that mindset!
