Creating screencaptures for you
35
I have a premium subscription to Loom.com, which is a very nice tool to make screen captures with. The benefit of Loom.com is that those screen captures are automatically put in the cloud with a link (making sharing incredibly fast & easy) whilst downloading them is optional too.
That said, with my premium subscription I can record indefinitely, and making a screen capture conveys clarity in a matter of seconds. Big time-saver for you and more mutual understanding for all, win-win!
Some useful moments to have a screen-capture:
1. When you have account issues and customer support needs to help you out
2. When you want to convey complex topics, it's then easier to show them through rather than talking it through
3. Anything else that benefits from fewer words and more visuals.
Training & Qualifications
I am already working for more than 5 years with various screen captures and know Loom.com since its inception. It's my preferred tool of explaining nowadays to convey clarity as well as proof.
Fun fact, I wanted to create a Simbi account with my e-mail address and for that, I had to reach out to customer service. They wanted to validate I am genuine (which I can fully understand) so I send them a screen capture of my response on their e-mail with my webcam on at the same time. Guess what? They loved the clarity and validation was instant.
Availability & Preferences
Preferably I can do this according to my free time but if your timezones align I can be flexible.
