I'm interested in developing my creativity and courage in sharing my gifts with others. I've found that one of the principal ways to do this is to facilitate all kinds of sharing and purposeful connecting outside of the conventional economy which tends to place us in really narrow boundaries as well as discourage any behaviors which are not solely for earning income or buying things. Living in a more interconnected way is predicated on sharing and receiving each others' talents in a more reciprocal and distributed way. You could call it the re-democratization of work.
