60 min Healthy Meal Tutorial!
Have you ever wanted to start cooking healthier meals but didn't know where to start? I am here to help you! Let's cook a few healthy meals together.
In our sessions I can demonstrate:
-How to choose smart foods for your balanced meal
-How to make your meal tasty without adding extra calories
-How to proportion your meal to help you stay fuller longer.
-Show you how to stock up on "free" foods to help bulk up your meals the right way!
-I'll also share one full recipe with you that you can take and make your own!
We can do this over skype, google hangouts, or we can meet up! If you have questions about various foods, you may also present those questions during our session. As a bonus, you will also have an opportunity to learn about tasty but nutritious meals that originate in Trinidad and Tobago.
Training & Qualifications
I cook three nights a week, and my husband loves my food. Everyone I cook for has loved my dishes. I come from a long line of wonderful Caribbean Cuisine Experts. I also try various cooking services and take cooking lessons from professionals, family, and friends!
