I'll include an image of the reading along with my interpretation -- never just a copypasta from the guide book. Sometimes my words have less of an impact than the picture for the querent, so I think it's important to include images when I do online readings. I occasionally (often) draw extra cards as the issue or the context of the spread dictates.
