By approaching an allergy much like you would a phobia or even some traumas, you can. Using a combination of modern hypnotherapy, Conversational Hypnosis, NLP and "thought experiments" we will walk through a unique session to help find relief from your allergies.
There's a story of man walking in the desert when suddenly he sees a snake. His body responds with the FIGHT or FLIGHT response : his palms get sweaty and his heart races, catastrophic thoughts run through his mind and when he adjust his position to keep himself safe he notices that it is not a snake...just a rope. The MOMENT he realizes this, his body RESETS and the sweaty palms go away, no more racing heartbeat and no more threat.
Let's show the Mind/Body System that it may be seeing a snake when there is really just a rope and RESET the allergic response!
