I'm not sure words can accurately describe the work that happens when Caitlin and I come together for a Graced session. It is always profound and reac...hes deep within to create the room for change that I am ready for. Sometimes I am ready to let go of childhood hurts, sometimes I am ready to embrace new joys and that I had previously not allowed within myself, and sometimes it is both of those and more.
