I would love to see you uncover your potential and unblock the things holding you back from fully enjoying life. I offer 40-minute wellness sessions on Zoom. You get a coaching session with natural health tips, self-nurturing support, and skills to live your life purpose. 1 session provides a template for a new habit, and a full program gives a foundation for moving through limitations towards greater fulfillment in life.

Graduate of American College of Healthcare Sciences as a Holistic Health Practitioner. Certified life coach, and life purpose coach. Integral wellness coach with Wisdom of the Whole. Aromatherapist.

Anastasia Knows her stuff. I've worked with coaches before.And her abilities go beyond straight up coaching.She has an intuition on which way to go w...ithout me.Having said much of anything. Within just a short period of time, we were able to knock down a few goals that were very. Distinct to what I was going through at this current time.That will help me get to the next part. Although she did coach, she also help give me some guidance.In saying back to me what I said but in a much more succinct direct way period she again is very good at what she does. If you are ready to move ahead I highly recommend working with her.show more
