Relational Design Thinking Coaching
50
The process of Relational Design Thinking draws on research and practice from the fields of Nature and Forest Therapy, Non-Violent Communication, Contextual Behavioral Science, Neuroscience, and the Anthropological Science of Cooperation. This is a process to heal Economic Trauma, like burnout, depression, anxiety, addiction, narcissism, ADD, OCD, etc. Through a transformation of dissipated energy that is continuously identifying inherent self-interest with seeking an advantage over an other, rather than seeking optimization as interconnected, mutually enhancing, synergistic parts of life, a psychopathology of othering emerges as the direct result of an economic system designed to maintain indebtness to and power over rather than reciprocity between.
